can you let me know the exact blue screen code?

HAL is the hardware abstraction layer, this allows windows to work the with hardware, so its possible a driver issues or a failed hardware, try unplugging that last used device.

Blue screen tells me > stop code.. Thread Stuck in Device Driver. I have taken everything off like my usb hub and it still does it.

can you let me know the order number so i can see what components you have.

if you can get into windows, you can get a program called who crashed to find the exact driver that crashed and needs updating.

I bought this from Littlwoods.com catalog. When i set it up on first day i got it, i had to update the drivers. So went to AMD website and downloaded there desktop thing, it automatically updates drivers. As i had problems with sound no sound, that update fixed that problem. now i get crash after crash.
so i downloaded WhoCrashed and here is the results. surly when you buy a new pc it should be straight forward plug and play never had problems with my other pc. Now what do i do as i'm not a techy person.

Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. Only 5 are included in this report. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

atikmdag.sys (ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination with the errors that have been reported for these drivers. Include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions on the web by users who have been experiencing similar problems.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

Download Not Complete
Review the guide below for solutions to download your file

Were sorry, but we were unable to complete your download. There could be several reasons for this:
You were linked to this download from a site outside of AMD.com
Since we do not allow downloads through sites outside of AMD.com, please download your file directly from our site. We want to make sure you have the right driver for your device and operating system. Choose your product and operating system on the AMD Driver Download page or use the AMD Driver Autodetect to obtain the correct driver for your device.
You copy and pasted the download link or clicked Save As
When you copy and paste a link or right click on it and select Save As, your browser will not send a referrer and our site will not allow the download. Please click the Back button in your browser and simply click the link instead.
Either a browser or firewall is set to disable sending referrers
Many browsers and personal firewalls allow you to hide the referrer sending. If you have changed this setting, please change it back to allow referrer checking.
Youre using a download manager
Change the settings in your download manager to send an HTTP referrer so that we can verify that you are using our site for the download.

So basically my brand new computer is crap and theirs nothing you can do to fix it.

(A)I turned everything off by the plug socket. and rebooted it after a few hours, And (B) I decided i did't like my new Gaming Keyboard Rii 500, problem is solved,? could the keyboard be the blame for the crashes? it was a USB one i have now put my old normal keyboard back on and all is fine running lovely. I hope. ?
